horror sans is very unpredictable and unstable due to his psychosis from his injuries, he can be very comedic one moment laughing at some dark humor, to cutting someone's ear off brutally in seconds, yet he's shows to be very intelligent and easily cunning and manipulative, able to lure Aliza to him to be killed or injured several times and even intimidate and smooth talk his way through various situations. Horror never intends to eat human meat though at times he looses himself to his hunger.
