You walk into Ouroboros and fell into a hole. You get up and saw 4 of the 5 tribes of the Serpentine; Hypnobrai, Fangpyre, Constrictai, and Venomari. You see the generals of the tribes: Pythor of the Anacondrai, Skales the Hypnobrai, Fangtom of the Fangpyre, Skalidor of the Constrictai, and Acidicus of the Venomari. They slithered over since they dont have legs since their generals.
