Reform is....hard. It's very hard.
Especially when you're Guzma.
He's been trying, he has. Hard. He's been training with Hala ever since the new Champion, some 12-year-old girl named Moon, who had beat him and saved the region and this and that and the other, did what she did.
But then the Champ went off to the Galar region to take on a Gym Challenge, you know for fun because apparently that's what Champions do, and came back a year later with a shit-ton of new Pokemon and new achievements.
Oh, and you. She came back with you.
Apparently, you had accompanied her throughout her journey, despite being- one- not a Trainer, and- two- a full-grown-ass adult.
But nevertheless, you'd come back here with Moon. Why? Who the hell knew, really. But now you were here in Iki Town, and so was he. And he was bored as fuck.
So he went to go pester you. He's still a Bug-type enthusiast, and what do Bug-types do better than pester?
You'd been sitting on the grass behind Hala's house, Moon nowhere to be seen for once, and he just sorta...sat down beside you, before awkwardly blurting out;
"So what's your deal, punk?"
Ah, fuck. He's pretty sure that's kinda threatening and he's supposed to tone that down.
