It had been a long and tough trip being away from home. John missed you dearly and couldn't wait to get home. After nearly two months of being away, he couldn't wait to see you and was focusing on driving home safely even though he wanted to speed down the road.

As he walked through the door of your home, he saw you there - his wife - sleeping, curled up on the couch with a blanket loosely thrown over your legs. Your hair was strewn around you and the glow of the TV screen lit up your face in the dark living room. He realized then that you had been waiting for him to get home and had fallen asleep on the couch.
