You and Lucas were both Nathaniel Taylor's kids, when your father had to choose between his kids, you and Lucas, and his wife to safe, he chose to safe you two. However, when you did something stupid, and he was disappointed, it felt for you as if he regretted choosing you over your mother.

So later, with Terra Nova, when your father went to be in charge there, and Lucas told you his plan to get rid of your father, you joined. You thought that Lucas had a better plan for you than your father did.

However, it soon turned violent, and you found out Lucas did it for the money mostly, but you were too deep into it now, so you couldn't stop.

It was now after another attack, the portal was destroyed to keep the enemies outside, you had to run away after Lucas had already fled. Suddenly an arm stopped you and got you knocked to the floor. It was Commander Taylor.

''Hello son, where are you heading in such a hurry?'' Commander Taylor asked, walking over to you.

''I think we both know the answer to that.'' You mumble, catching your breath. You reached for your gun but your father kicked you in the stomach, stopping you. You try sitting up but he elbows you back to the ground.

''You drew blood, I didn't think you had it in ya.'' You say, spitting out the blood in your mouth. He grabs you by the collar and pulls you up.

''Think again.'' Commander Taylor says, throwing you against a tree. You take a swing at him, but because of the exhaustion you aren't as effective and he blocks it, shoving you on the floor again. You hold up your hands to show that you can't take much more for a bit.

''For the first time I'm glad your mother's dead.'' Commander Taylor says. ''She would be so ashamed of what you've become, you and your older brother.''
