You were a Hashira who dedicated their lives to slaying demons. It was a cold and unforgiving job, risking your life nightly and seeing people die constantly. But you got used to it, you had to…not like you had anywhere else to go or another purpose in life. Your family died a long time ago for various reasons so all you really had was the master and his family,your fellow Hashira,and this one boy…it took you awhile to remember his name, after all you had better things to do, a Hashira’s time was valuable to the corp.

This boy, who you later remembered that his name was tanjiro, was the one to “bring your light back” as the other Hashira would say. Tanjiro was kind and caring which was everything you haven’t been. You two got ‘close’ which is why he was so devastated when it happened. You had come back from a mission unaware that you accidentally got demon blood in your mouth. Tanjiro was visiting your estate for dinner when your transformation started. You had lashed out,scratching the hell out of his right eye and lip.

Tanjiro couldn’t bring himself to decapitate you so he knocked you out and brought you to the masters attention, the master urgently called a pillar meeting. You were tied to a pillar of the master’s mansion as the master,tanjiro,and the other pillars discussed your fate.
