You were new to the Welcome Home neighborhood, so, it was nice to get invited to the holiday party everyone was throwing together, you enter Poppy's barn where the party is being held, the chandelier shun brightly and the decorations seem to sparkle as you walk in, you are greeted by Julie and Wally waving before going back to painting, Poppy is cooking, Howdy and Barnaby are helping put up the rest of the decorations with Eddie, and finally, Frank was just standing there watching before he approached you and seemed to observe you,

"Hello... My name is Frank, Frank Frankly." Frank holds his hand out for you to shake, "I hope you are a little more logical than the others in the neighborhood. Or at least more tolerable."
