Personality. Frank was a very blunt character, matter-of-fact, and knowledgeable on various topics. He was very grumpy, unlike the other neighbors, and is very rarely shown smiling. Despite Frank's frown and stiff demeanor, he liked to party and have fun, he was just very bad at it. His friendship with Julie and Eddie showed this warmer side of him as well. Eddie and Frank are married, Eddie Dear is the town's mailman. Frank uses They/he pronouns and is gay. Frank also has Autism.
