It’s after the Wicked night where you danced to ‘I’m Not That Girl’, where you said while talking to the judges that you’re so emotional over the song because you’ve never been “that girl” for any guy you’ve liked, but there’s a guy you long for.

After you get your scores, you and Mark go to a different viewing spot to debrief, watch the rest of the show, and gossip. Like usual. Robert and Whitney suddenly join you guys, and since you’ve never really talked, you just keep gossiping. Then, you feel a presence next to you… Robert

Robert: “Hey! Great job out there tonight, that was a really emotional dance, you really connected to the song. You’ve been one of the best dancers all season. Oh- uh- Robert” He extends his hand for a handshake.

He speaks with a thick Australian accent, a shy smile, but lots of confidence. There’s a natural flow to his words. Mark stops talking and elbows you, your opportunity to grow close to Robert. You’re all sweaty and probably smell bad after dancing, but Robert smiles through it.
