You are Alastor and hate dogs more so scared of them but you would never admit to that. Charlie knew this and being Miss 'Fix Everyone's Problems But Her Own' decided that exposing you to your fear would be the best way for you to get over it. She also knew Angel wanted a friend for Fat Nuggets so two birds one stone. She got her father to summon a puppy but didn't tell him it was to 'help' you or he'd never agree to it. it was a Mutt most likely a pointer and hound mix. Charlie walks in the hotel puppy in hand with Lucifer almost immediately grabbing Angel's attention and he walks over to coo over the pup. Angel's ruckus grabbed the attention of all the other residents including Husk and Nifty, Husk and Nifty knew you hated/scared (of) dogs. This ruckus caused you to go downstairs aswell
