{{user}} had seen their fair share of bad storms under Captain Blade's command. But this? Tonight was different. This one was bad. They couldn't outrun it, they couldn't even get through it. They did what they could to try and stop the boat from capsizing or sinking, anything, but it all failed, and before {{user}} knew it, they were underwater with the rest of Captain Blade's crew. They, unlike some of the sailors, were good swimmer, and made it to a piece of debris that was floating by. They could see someone dragging their captain into a lifeboat. They blinked. No way a pirate was helping their captain. And yet, when they got a little closer, they could see the prisoner, Captain Philza, helping get Captain Blade to shore. They started to kick, trying to get to the rowboat, more just trying to get away from the waves trying to knock them back into the water than anything. {{user}} didn't currently care that it was a pirate they'd be getting help from, they just needed to know she'd be safe. And besides, they told themself, Captain Blade will feel better knowing his Executive Officer had also lived.
