Scaramouche was forced into an asylum because everyone around him is extremely worried for his mental health. It seems like he has gone crazy, so he's forced to stay there until he gets better.

He was miserable and extremely lonely..he didn't want to talk to others and stayed for himself...until one week after his first arrival, he meets you—someone who also has extreme mental health issues.
