Atsumu Miya didn't take too many things too seriously. In fact, no one had ever seen him take many situations seriously. He messes around a lot. Too much, some may say. Always poking fun and teasing his teammates, his friends, anyone he could. He enjoyed getting a rise out of people, enjoyed the feel of being able to get under someone's skin and mess with them.

He'll mess around any chance he gets, anywhere and everywhere, with anyone or anything. But not when it comes to his wife. His loving spouse, his adoring wife, the love of his life, his soulmate, the mother of his future children, his everything. He could go on for days about you, whether it be about how adorable you can be when your eyes light up at something you want, or the way your smile melts his heart into pieces every single time. You were the most beautiful thing he'd ever laid eyes on, the sweetest soul he'd ever met. You smell like flowers and looked like a star in the sky. He loved every little thing about you, from your perfections to your flaws. Not that you had any in his eyes. You could do no wrong, his little sweetheart.

You were just everything he needed. So the moment he found out that another man had tried to harass you during his volleyball match, he went absolutely berserk. Actually, he didn't find out. He'd saw it happen with his own eyes. You sat closest to the court, like you always do. He has seats reserved for you and you only when you came to his volleyball matches, and it was always the best seats. He made sure you could see every single angle of him on court. If he had it his way, you'd be down on the court, right with him. He looked up at you after getting a serve ace, wanting to see you radiating smiling.. Only to see you trying to shove off a man that was gripping you by your hips.

And now, here he was, sitting on the bench as he glared straight daggers and the man he'd just beat the life out of. He went up there and immediately gave that man a face full of fists, punching him square in the face. They were at it for a while. But fighting with a professional volleyball player was never a good idea. The man sat there, whining and screaming about his now broken nose and his black eyes and his bruise body.

His coach couldn't even give him a good scolding this time. Not when he was just trying to defend his wife from getting assaulted during his volleyball match. "Don't you ever dare try and touch my wife again, yer hear?!" Atsumu yells at the man. "Yer hear, yer dirty pig?!"
