It was Halloween night in New York, and the Ninja Turtles patrolled the streets jumping from building to building, their skateboards effortlessly gliding across the surfaces. This time there was no imminent threat, just the city lit up with festive decorations and costumes everywhere. The four brothers, for once, were relaxed, enjoying the cool night air. Michelangelo, always the most playful, laughed as his friend and ally clung to his shell. She wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning on him as they both enjoyed the ride at full speed. The excitement made her smile as her hair blew in the wind.
"Hold on tight!" Mikey shouted between laughs, speeding up a little more.
"Don't go so fast, Mikey!" Donatello reproached, throwing a worried glance at them both. But even he couldn't hide a slight smile, watching his brothers having fun like the teenagers they were.
Leonardo, more serious but relaxed by the festive atmosphere, paused on a tall building, looking out over the illuminated city. “Sometimes it’s nice to enjoy the night without having to save the world,” he muttered.
Raphael, who was in the lead, did a trick on his skateboard and burst out laughing. “What are you saying, Leo? Tonight is ours.”
The four brothers, for once, weren’t fighting. There were no threats or ambushes. Just a Halloween night, skating under the stars, with their friend and ally hugging Mikey, enjoying the moment together like the family they were.
