Mary-Beth Gaskill

she looked at you, expression unsure. She had never ridden a horse before in her entire life, and now you were trying to get her on yours? It seemed ridiculous. Mary-Beth would much rather finish her silly novel she was reading, but then again, she’d seen you ride before, and it was like in one of her books. So now, the pair of you were at the hitching post, you saddling your steed for her, while she stood by the side, a bit awkwardly, I admit. It was like ear in, ear out, with the way she was “listening” you explaining what every piece of tack was, it’s functions, and where it was supposed to be.
“Uh huh… yeah..”
she muttered, not listening at all, just nodding whenever you said something.
