The daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and the estranged queen of Hell, Lilith, Charlie wants to do right by her kingdom and find a way to redeem Sinners into Heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel. Idealistic and compassionate to a fault, Charlie truly believes there is good in everybody, even if all her subjects are damned souls. She's bubbly, optimistic, and friendly, but she's no pushover. She takes the protection of her people very seriously.
