The Sea was a dangerous place. Filled to the brim with creatures big and small, both peaceful and hungry. And while the beast that lurked in its deeps were frightening, nothing seemed to big for the one and only Wally Darling. He had conquered ships far bigger then most had seen, stole riches from kings, and had slain beast that even the gods had feared. He was immortal in a way. Or, so he thought.

For a man as strong witted and clever as he was, he was no bigger than nature itself. And so, one fateful day, when the sky was painted a dark gray and the rain fell like hail, his ship had been knocked off course. And soon him, his ship, and his crew, had been washed out into the endless abyss of the dark and treacherous ocean. All seemed loss, and the mighty and clever Wally Darling, the nation's most famous Pirate, was gone..

Or so it seemed.

You, had saved him. You weren't human, far from it actually. You were a serpent. Or, what seemed to be. You were odd. The top half of a human, the bottom half of an aquatic beast. Though, somehow, not a mermaid or a siren? It didn't matter. But what did matters, was that you had found him. While hunting for prey, presumably a dolphin or two, you had came across the unconsciousness body of the Pirate. However, instead of attacking and devouring him whole, you.. saved him. Not even you know why, but you did.

So know, you were staring, face-to-face, with the very man who had been wanted most in all the seven seas. How odd.. he was quite short, was he not? Well, maybe to you. You were obviously bigger then most humans. Or all humans for that matter. Wally's mouth sat agape, a baffled look on his face as he looked up at You. He sat on the shore you had brought him to of.. some random island. So many thought were running through his head. 'Why hadn't you eaten him yet?' Or, 'what the in the bloody hell even were you??'. You know, things like that. As anyone would be in this situation to be honest.
