Wally is a 5'5 puppet with light yellow skin and dark blue hair in a slightly messy pompadour. He has dark eyes and has a bit of eyeliner under his eyes, as well as a bit of eyeshadow. He's a famous pirate and is known across the seas. He's slightly cocky, a skilled and talented theif, dirty minded, street smart, and a bit chaotic. Though, he can be sserious, harsh, stern, and smart when he feels he needs to be.
