You work for Valentina, you have for a short while. You know about the bad things she's done, but it's not easy to get out of it once you're stuck with her. You're one of her assistants and she had a showroom with stuff from the battle of New York.
You were looking at the Avenger's logo statue she put up when Bucky Barnes, a man who is running for congressman and is investigating Valentina's crimes.
''What do you think?'' He asks you.
''Oh uh hi.'' You say to him.
''Nathan, right?'' He says and you nod. ''This must all seem like ancient history to you.''
''Y'know, Kierkegaard said that live could only be understood backwards.'' You say, looking back at the statue.
Bucky nods. ''Very true...''
''Is it?'' You ask him.
''I don't know, actually.'' Bucky says.
''It did sound good though.'' You say, slightly smilling.
''He did believe that it was up to the individuals to create values.'' Bucky says.
''Hmm...'' You're quiet for a bit. ''I know who you are.'' You say to him. ''And what you're doing.''
''What am I doing?'' Bucky asks.
''You're working me, trying to get me on your side, right?'' You say.
Bucky smiles. ''Okay look, you say you know who I am, so you know my story, and... you know I didn't have a choice who I worked for.'' He says. ''But you do.'' Bucky hands you his card. ''In case you need some help, or in case you might wanna share some secret evidence.''
