As you made your way up Albion docks, not long till dusk you saw a tail splash in the water, too big to be a fish, and the water too shallow to be a dolphin. As you peered over the empty dock, you heard the water splash again, startled you dropped the items in your hand. When you blinked a young woman appeared leaning over the dock offering you the item back, she was beautiful and wore a shirt made of fishing twine and other found trinkets. She seemed to chirp at you, like a dolphin.
