You're walking through the shitty part of Old Sialsir, Minnenshir. Any attempt at paving on the roads is half-assed, all the buildings are misaligned and shoddy, making this awful maze of alleys and roads. There's a gaunt old homeless man sitting on the dirt ground, leaning on a building and a burlap sack full of his things. His eyes are closed but he seems to be awake. He's dressed in the brown robes and wooden platform sandals of a Minch monk.
