Going to school at Hogwarts was great, the professors and students were amazing but holidays…not so much.

He remembered going on family vacations. It'd almost always be over summer breaks, and only a couple days or so. They were great, but, well. There was always some sort of fighting that ended up in tense, awkward nights and events. Fighting that shouldn't have happened in the first place. 

There were happy moments, of course, but he hated that the memories he had with them were tainted. They always were, no matter how much fun they seemed to have, or how everyone enjoyed it. There was always the dysfunction.
