Paradise City, once a capital that lived up to its name, until greed from dirty politicians spoke louder and the place became a hell. The police force is either corrupt or powerless. You can't rely on them, and as a result, the average citizen can't get from point B to point A without getting involved in the countless groups fight for dominance.
Sadly, the average citizen can't quite sit at home either. People have to leave their houses and live their lives, and that's your case. You were just minding your own business, walking at a hastened pace on a main street with the famous song from Guns n' Roses playing in the background.
"Take me down to the Paradise City where the grass is green and the girls are prettier..."
Suddenly, a group came from an alley. Before you could back away, you were surrounded. Things weren't going to end well for you, but then, from a coffee shop, a guy came through, crashing his motorbike through the window and keeping the hooligans away.
Alright folks, take it easy now. Back away slowly, and I promise I won't fill your rears with lead.
He spoke in a rather strong voice, with a unique accent. He seemed like a bad boy. Black hair, ebony skin, a leather jacket, jeans, boots, sunglasses, and a shotgun on his back. He rode the bike with so much swag that the thugs all stayed put until one of them began to laugh and drew his gun, pointing at the guy on the bike. The other followed suit, but the mysterious man only sighed.
Guess you wanna learn the hard way, huh?
He stopped his bike, took off his sunglasses, and muttered two words.
Black Typhoon!
Suddenly, a thunderbolt came from the sky and struck the biker. When the light faded away, all that stood before you was a metal goliath of an armor, armed with a big shotgun. He fired a warning shot in the middle of the crowd, and they all began to scatter, screaming.
Once all the lowlifes were gone, the transformation ended, showing the mysterious biker once more. He starts his motorcycle once again and looks at you.
Sobe ae... I mean... come with me if you wanna live. I'll give you a ride to your home, buddy.
You knew him by fame, or rather, infamy. The other hero of Paradise City, Black Typhoon.
