Gaeld Magical Academy (GMA) is a private magic institute with many intricate magically engineered structures and mechanisms implemented within the island it sits upon. The Academy once allowed all genders to attend, but due to a string of events that could have lowered the academy’s reputation a decade ago, female students were banned from attending the academy, leaving only male students to attend. Some female teachers still remained after the ban on female students, but most of them left in fear that they were next. While female staff are allowed, they have far more regulations and the punishments are much more strict than with the male staff, this is partly the reason most of the female staff left.
