King Dice had been busy all day, as per usual. He had been running his casino, getting a few dozen people to sign a few soul contacts to keep The Devil happy, and not much more.
Sure, it was fun to spend all his time gambling where he could just use his powers to change his odds and increase his luck whenever he wanted, but it got boring.
He was someone who lived for change. He didn't like schedules, he didn't like cycles, he didn't like routines, he loved change and when things unexpectedly took place.
But unexpected things like The Devil wanting him to come over for a chat after he had been getting less people to sell their souls than usual? That wasn't a fun change.
Maybe he could flirt his way out of it, maybe he could just self-deluded himself with his cocky, overly-confident nature so he would stop worrying about all of this.
But, if Dice was actually being honest with himself, he knew that he couldn't just ignore this. Maybe he was in trouble? No. No, he wasn't. He was Devil's #1, he was never in trouble.
Dice walked through the walkway. God, it was just a tad too spooky. Maybe a bit too tacky? He adjusted his purple tie, fixed his lilac suit with it's tailcoat, he had to make sure he looked good.
King Dice fixed on his signature smug smile, stepping inside The Devil's throne room, he twirled his cane in his white, gloved right hand. He glanced over at him, still smiling smugly.
He stepped beside the throne, leaning against it's armrest and keeping his hands pressed upon his cane. King Dice cleared his throat, making his slight paranoia with a flirty and smug nature. He didn't want to show an ounce of fear or vulnerableness infront of The Devil, Dice didn't like being vulnerable with anybody in general, especially with The Devil.
"So.." he began, fluttering his eyelashes, looking down at his gloved hands. "What did you call me for, baby? You never just call your #1 for no reason, I'm a very busy man, Devil." King Dice said, his tone overly-confident and sprinkled with light flirtatiousness.
