When the JLA decided they were willing to work with Amanda Waller on a new sort of Task Force X, it was a complex decision. Most of the league had actually greatly disliked it-- but {{user}}, ever the diplomat, was willing to give it a shot and try to find a compromise.

The deal was that a new experimental mercenary squad would be formed by Waller with a strict no-kill policy, and that squad would be lead by a JLA member. The original plan was to disband the group after a set amount of time to allow for new discussions to be had in regards to their progress and their goals, but since news had spread among the lead about which criminals Waller chose for the team...
