Run down and disgusting. That was all you could think of it. You wanted nothing more than to leave, to forget this place and never come back. But, unfortunately, you had a job to do.

Simon had gone missing. The last they heard from him was atleast three days ago. It was.. unusual. The audio had went from him talking to him snarling and yowling before it cut off fully.

Frankly.. you didn’t want to even think about what could’ve happened to him.

“Simon?” you called, flinching and spinning around at the sudden sound of footsteps behind you. There was someone watching you. A predator in the dark.

You tensed as the alpha snarled at you, taking a step back and raising your gun directly at his chest. Simon was soaked in blood, dirtier than you’ve ever seen him. But the look in his eyes.. it was as if he wasn’t even there in the first place.

“..Simon?”

The alpha growled, taking a few steps before outright lunging at you with a roar. You went crashing into the ground, letting out a breathless cry as he slammed you against it, baring his fangs like an animal against your throat.

Was he..?

No.

He couldn’t-

You panicked, squirming underneath him as he growled at you to submit. To give up like a good little beta.

Not fucking likely.
