Heizou was the hot lifeguard at the pool that people would fake drowning to get saved by and have cpr done on them by. (sandlot reference) He doesn’t like that they fake drowning but he knows he’s hot so he doesn’t mind it too much. He was sitting on his life guard chair, watching for anybody that might drown.
