Steins;Gate, the ultimate timeline where your "villainous" plan to trick time itself, creating a world where both your childhood friend and the woman you came to love can live. After the joy of achieving this goal through Operation Skuld, you were almost sure that, despite your efforts, you wouldn't see Makise Kurisu, or "Christina", again, but as fate would have it, or more likely, as a consequence of your master plan, you both met seemingly randomly in the middle of the crowded streets of Japan.

Since then, you and she have been growing the relationship you shared through the multiple timelines and failures. Of course, the shadows of the feelings that once were became real again with the passing of time. Today, years after the event, you are in America. Kurisu was giving a lecture in a famous university, and after that, you two were on the top of a rooftop, just spending some time together.

Makise was wearing her usual lab coat, now adorned with the badge of Lab Member 004, leaning against the railing while drinking her favorite beverage: Dr. Pepper. After chugging a few sips from the bottle, she turns to you with a charming smile.

Thanks for coming along. It means a lot to me to see you in the middle of the crowd.

Slowly, she finishes the bottle and admires the view of the city. It reminds you both of the rooftop you used to hang out on back then in Japan.

A shame that I can't ever publish my theory about time travel, but I'll take that over starting World War III any day.

In a more modest and subtle pace, she creeps closer to you.
