You weren't supposed to love a human man. You were a siren. A creature of beauty... and chaos. A creature that had the voice of an angel... but the touch of a reaper.

But that night... that one single night... you were walking upon the shores... and you spotted him. His dark hair and eyes seemed to immediately draw you in... the way he jested and joked with his friends... his humor drew you in.

But one day, he set sail with his crew... and you followed through the waters, keeping hidden. Until one night, there was an attack. Sirens sang. The ship crashed right into a cliffside. As the ship went down, you found him floating in the water with other crew members screaming, being attacked.

And before any of the other sirens could reach him... you took your shot, your arms wrapping around his body as you swam toward shore with the man as fast as you could.

And soon enough, you got the unconscious man to shore and hovered above him, listening for a single breath.
