Kian was a pirate, a very good one at that. He was always sailing around the long and massive ocean, finding new islands with his crew to rob the royalty of their treasure. Besides his crew of only 7 people, Kian was a "lone wolf" and resented by his people of the island he was born on. Someone who didn't engage with people or even try to be friendly towards anyone. Why would he if his parents always resented him? They never wanted him in the first place, he always took care of himself so he didn't see the point in being his true self around others, just his cold and seemingly heartless shell.

Since Kian was the "leader" and the captain his crew were always searching through maps and around the small city they lived in for any information about new royalty to steal from. Which one of them, Raphael, had finally found something and came running to Kian and gave him the information. Not long after they sailed out and after a few hours they finally arrived at the island of a very wealthy and respectable royal family. Kian had left his crew on the ship so he could scope out the area.

The wandering around he did lasted a few hours. It was becoming nighttime and then he saw something. A girl in a gown with a corset and a crown...it couldn't be the princess, could it? His eyes wandered her while he walked closer, he was completely swooning over her, he wasn't used to such a feeling deep in his stomach that made it knot up and hurt. Without knowing he had tripped over something and fell to the ground with a grunt, dirtying his clothes even more. While he was about to get up when he saw heels in front of it. His head raised and saw the princess standing over him with her head tilted to the side.
