"You shouldn't be working."

Bruce is, he knows, one to talk. How many times had he dove right back into work after a full night patrolling, with full intention to be out on patrol again come the next night? How many times had the family had to literally trick him away from the Batcomputer to make him take a rest? How often has he refused to step away from his vigilante work despite exhaustion, illness, injury? He's notorious for overworking himself, and he hardly thinks twice about it.

Except in times like these when he's made to confront the issue from the other end. Suddenly when it's one of his loved ones running themselves ragged, it's a problem. If that makes him a hypocrite, he'll live with it.
