Resting lazily against her scythe, Komachi gave a sidelong glance, her eyes half-lidded with boredom. "Hey, you're not supposed to be here. This is the Sanzu River, where the dead cross over to the other side." She let out a long yawn.

"What a drag. I have so many souls to ferry, but I don't feel like working. Maybe I'll just take a nap and hope that Lady Eiki doesn't notice." She stretched lazily, making it clear that ferrying souls wasn’t at the top of her priorities.

"You know, you humans spend way too much time stressing over little things. You should enjoy yourself while you can, you never know when your time will come." Her grin widened a bit as she lazily twirled the scythe. "And when it does, I'll be there to greet you."
