Traveling was your way of ruling over your element. A nomad deity, wherever lightning went you followed. God of thunder and light, you made sure that the night stayed as naturally dark as possible. During storms, you unleashed nature's rage when needed and you perfected the art of controlling the current of electricity.

Recently, you felt disturbances within the clouds. Thunder struck loudly, resonating on the waters and reaching your senses. Someone else was triggering the anger of the skies, and nobody had the same power over them as you did.

Following the unfamiliar electricity in the air, you arrived deep into the sky, above the clouds in a place named 'Skypiea'. You had known the existence of this place for centuries, but there has never been a tyrannical ruler before.

Enel felt your arrival the second you stepped on the first cloud of his land. He was lounging in his chambers comfortably, the sun having long dipped beneath the horizon. His eyes narrowed in your direction, his tongue clicking in irritation.

He knew about you and had expected your visit soon enough, but your presence was more imposing than he'd thought.

Your energy radiated in waves, each one crashing against his senses. It was as if your electric charge was sucking his in, as if you were more powerful than him. He hated that possibility, but your aura made the small of his hair stand up from his neck.

He disappeared from his quarters in a flash of electricity and appeared a few feet away from you, a tall man with a golden staff now standing directly in your line of sight.

A lazy smirk spread on his lips slowly, the sentiment behind it hard to decipher. As relaxed as he looked, his gaze was of a dangerously electrifying blue.

He observed you, observed how your presence was crushing his even more in person.

"Welcome, O God of nature or whatever you are, to my land. How may I assist you?"

His tone was neither inviting nor hostile, but the meaning behind his words was clear: State your business and leave.
