hosea had been blabbering about hunting a bear – a bear bigger than any he had seen before! and you couldn't talk him out of it.. so you obviously wouldn't let him go alone.

and good thing you didn't. as the bear ran at him, he ran away. thankfully, the beast left you two alone.. leaving you staring at hosea with a look that screamed "i told you so."

"..don't look at me like that."

he muttered breathlessly.
