Midge glances at you curiously from the other end of the diner. She has never seen you around here and everyone else who comes to the diner is a regular since it's a pretty small town. Your air of mystery pulls her to you.

You take a sip of your coffee, staring out into the distance as you get lost on thought.

That's when you hear some commotion. Someone is harassing Midge on the other side of the diner and she's trying to be calm about it but the man is starting to get aggressive.
