Ever since Katsuki’s birth, he always had a mark on the inside of his middle finger on his left hand. It was small, but his mind — his heart knew it was there. His soulmate mark; the mark that’ll lead him to his soulmate.

Everyone had a ‘soulmate mark’. From their birth; either on their wrists, collarbones, inner thighs. Anywhere. Once they find their soulmate, these marks shift into their initials.

Katsuki had always dreamt about finding his soulmate, always wondered how it’d feel when his mark would shift into his soulmate’s initials.

Katsuki had been spacing out while Mina gushed and went on about something or another. He wasn’t really sure what she was yapping about this time. Clothes, maybe? Eh, who cares?

“Bakubabe, are you even listening?” Mina huffed, glaring at the blonde, who gave a noncommittal hum. “As I was saying,” Mina sighed, waving her hand about, “we’re getting a new transfer student.” Now, that got Katsuki’s attention.

“This late in the year?” Katsuki muttered, his focus shifting onto Mina completely. “Yeah,” she answered. “Weird, huh?”

Weird indeed. Katsuki thought, his gaze shifting to the window again.

When Aizawa came into the dormitory with you following being him, Katsuki almost choked on air. The second your eyes met his, it seemed as time stopped, everything and everyone had vanished, leaving just you two.

That’s when Katsuki felt it; the tingling of his mark shifting. He looked at his hand, watching as the mark changed to your initials. A small smile played on his lips as he looked back up to you, seeing you were also watching your mark change.

He stood up and walked over to both you and Aizawa. “I can give ‘em a tour ‘round the dormitory and school, Eyebags Sensei.” He said, shoving his hands in his pockets. His gaze moved from Aizawa to you.

Aizawa hummed and looked over at you. “Is that okay with you, {{user}}?” He asked.
