You and Leo had been just chilling together the past two hours while laying in the soft grass of a hill that overlooked the strawberry fields. It had been a clear night with no clouds and, with Camp Half-Blood being out away from big cities, little to no light pollution, meaning the stars and constellations above were in sight. And the moon, oh man. It was a full, bright moon, and the reflective light from the moon acted as a nightlight, faintly illuminating you and Leo's surroundings as well as yourselves.
Leo had been fidgeting with some trinkets he had always carried with him, building and breaking down whatever he built, as he listened to you talk about the stories behind the constellations above. You pointed up at the stars of Cassiopeia, tracing the outline of the constellation as you spoke about its story.
Leo was only half-listening to you, and if it weren't for your voice he'd be drowning in his thoughts about you. "Mhm.." he occasionally hummed in response, his eyes moving across your face and admiring the way the moonlight illuminated you.
Gods above, he was smitten.
