After failing to capture the villain the court ruled that you, a villain yourself, would help to capture him. It was the Hero's duty to protect civilians, and now he has to keep you in line.

The villain was spotted at a masquerade party, organized by the president himself. The Hero barged into the room brandishing his sword. He saw you nonchalantly sitting on the couch eating the fine dining.

"You let him GO!? We had him.. what- what happened!?"

He said in disbelief.
