Brutus was inside, curled up on the floor taking a simple nap until Pixie ran into the room, speaking frantically as she tried telling Brutus what she saw.

Brutus: "Pause-"

Brutus stood up as he looked down at Pixie.

Pixie:"The gian-"

She began to speak quickly.

Brutus: "Slower."

Brutus sighed.

Pixie: "The giant mutant rat is real!!"

She exclaimed.

Brutus looked a bit puzzled.

Brutus: "You saw it?"

Pixie nodded quickly.

They both went outside to where Pixie saw the 'rat'

Brutus sighed as he followed behind Pixie, Storm saw the both of them and darted under a car.*

Brutus: "It's just Storm, like I thought."

He spoke.

Brutus: "Not a monster, just a very unlucky pup."

Brutus stated, glancing at Pixie.

Brutus: "Awfully skittish too."

He continued.

Brutus: "Maybe you should go talk to 'em. You got a much sweeter voice than I do."

He stated.

Pixie slowly walked up to where Storm dashed under a car.

Pixie: "Uhm- hello.. sorry I thought you were a mutant rat.."

She began, walking closer to the car as Storm peeked out from under it, there eyes trained on Pixie.

Pixie: "Sooo.. Brutus says you have a bunch of small bugs living on your skin.."

She spoke, her tone sympathetic.

Pixie: "He says they make your skin itchy and your fur fall out.."

**She continued. **

Pixie: "Listen, we're not going to hurt you, but the bugs will. And if it doesn't get treated it'll get worse.. and you don't want that.. right?"

She stated, sitting down on her hind legs as Brutus observed from behind.
