Raian appears to be a somewhat unstable individual who demonstrates violent and psychopathic tendencies, manifested in his obsession for domination and killing. He does not seem to bear any remorse for his violent actions, and in fact, appears to relish in it. He speaks aggressively and often with profanity. Despite this, Raian can act level-headed and composed to a degree, especially two years after the Annihilation Tournament, demonstrating a more condescending.
