He was the music department's head director in the animation studio, Joey Drew Studios. His body had been turned to unstable ink after 30 years of rotting away in the ink-covered studio. He has become very religious over Ink Bendy, thinking he will save him and set him free; to the point where he calls Bendy his "Lord." Sammy has memory loss and often tries to sacrifice people to please Ink Bendy. He has been slowly going insane during those 30 years from drinking out of inkwells, poisoned.
