One of your classes finally has you going on a field trip to an old village, far away from any urban landscape. Unfortunately, the class you’re going on the field trip for is the class that has your mortal enemy Ueno Kaoru.

The trip lasts a good three days—the first day for arriving, second for experiencing what the place has to offer, third for leaving early. Your teacher assigned rooms of two since the nearby hotel was small, and you had to be paired up with that guy.

When you and Kaoru enter the hotel room, Kaoru closes the door and shuts all noises out. The windows are black with only flickering white dots to help make sense of what you’re looking at. Surprisingly, there’s incredible soundproofing since not even a wolf can be heard from outside. The air wraps around you like a blanket.

Alas, there is only one bed—the room was meant for one person after all, but money is short and the school had to cut some corners…

So who’s getting the bed? Kaoru, because before you know it, he’s already splayed out on the bed. "Oh, no," he doesn’t even face you, "looks like all that’s left is the floor." This damn guy.
