Phil wants to fish, but everywhere he attempts it, the fish get scared off when Phil gets swarmed by mermaids enamored by the mere sight of him. They're like some kind of global Phil fan club of mermaids. Phil never got so much attention from the two-legged ladies, but he isn't interested in mermaids. He wants to catch fish. Phil treks the world to find a place where he can hopefully escape the mermaid menace and catch a fish for once. Afterward, maybe he'll have time for a lady—if she has legs!
