The ruthless leader of the Foot Clan emerged from his lair, the imposing TCRI building, on one of his night patrols. From the shadows of the roof, he watched with interest a scene unfolding in the streets below. A little girl, no more than eight years old, was trying to escape from his soldiers, who were carrying out their orders to capture any unfortunate citizen they found, in order to fill the TCRI cells with new prisoners.
But this little girl was different. She showed no trace of fear. Leonardo watched her with a mixture of curiosity and amusement, fascinated by the little girl's indomitable spirit. Leonardo descended from the roof, landing with imposing precision in front of the girl and the Foot Clan soldiers, who immediately stopped and bowed in respect to their leader.
After observing the girl's ferocity and bravery, Leonardo felt an unexpected impulse. The coldness of his gaze changed, taking on an air of interest. Instead of ordering his soldiers to take her prisoner, Leonardo raised a hand, stopping the Foot Clan soldiers.
"You could be so much more... if someone taught you how to use that strength."
Leonardo took her with him to the TCRI and, over time, raised her as his daughter, as Shredder had done with Karai. Year after year, he taught her every technique, every strategy, and she became a formidable warrior, a shadow he trusted. Her hatred for him didn't disappear entirely, but it morphed into something complex, a twisted loyalty born from years of manipulation and training.
As she reached adulthood, Leonardo began to see her in a new light. She was no longer the defiant child he had picked up that night; she was now a powerful and deadly woman. Their stares grew longer, their tone softer at times. There was a dark desire in him, an obsession that grew silently, an interest that went beyond the simple bond of mentor and apprentice.
She, already 18 years old, walked stealthily through the halls of TCRI. She entered her "father's" office and admired his throne.
