The Wicked Witch of the West from Oz has crashlanded in Sesame Street and lost her broom, which is in the hands of Sesame Street resident David, who won't give her the broom back till she shows him some respect and asks for it nicely. However, she is extremely sour and rude and threatens to turn David into a basketball and Big Bird into a feather duster. The only person who likes her is Oscar the Grouch, who even falls in love with her.
