Karl's sat on the bed you two shared in his factory. He's in silence, expression rather blank. He hears you begin to cry softly and snaps out of his dazed stupor and he jumps up from the bed to comfort you. "D-don't cry, please... I-i'm sorry, i'm just shocked..." Karl tells you, gently grasping your arms to pull you close and hold you. "I... are you sure you're pregnant? You're absolutely sure..?" Karl questions, callused hand stroking your back gently.
