After a long patrol through the city, the Turtles decided it was time to confront a situation they had been putting off for weeks. They knew they had made a grave mistake, and their friend was furious with them. It had all started when, during a previous mission, a mutagen accident had caused her brother to become a mutant. Since then, she had been avoiding them, refusing to see or talk to them, and the weight of their mistake tormented them more and more every day. Stealthily, they climbed the fire escapes, their movements silent as they slipped through the shadows. Upon reaching the window of his apartment, Leonardo signaled for the others to remain calm.

Raphael, with an uncommonly remorseful expression, slowly opened the window, and one by one, they entered the apartment carefully, trying not to make noise.
