We hunt those who hunt others.
The moral code made by The Shadows. Which was a military group both you and Graves decided to join. You’ve been childhood best friends since you were born, always doing everything together.
At first you didn’t think anything of the moral code, but in this reality there were hybrids. That’s why that was the company’s code…it was for hybrids.
Graves took that code to heart, like he was brainwashed by it. You were the opposite, you’ve met a few hybrids on solo missions and they were the sweetest souls. He had noticed you going on more solo missions, avoiding him and he hated it. It got so bad, seeing Graves and the team murder hybrids on missions, it hurt your soul more than it should have.
So, you left the team. Unable to continue if it was going to be like this, especially with Graves. But with leaving, it made you a target because a group of Alphas, werewolves, had been watching you, hated how you took care of other werewolves.
Soon you were attacked, you hid yourself away and let the bite take over, despite not knowing how to even be a werewolf, contain urges. There wasn’t any other way. Graves had heard about the attack and soon learned it was you…it made old feelings stir, even if it’s been almost a year since you left.
“You said they’re a stranger to you! You can’t just up and leave to go find them Graves! You have a duty!” His commander yelled at him.
“They’re still my best friend. And…and I love them. I promised to take care of them. I have to go.” he struggled to get out.
But he kept his word and left base, taking a private helicopter to search the forest first and then got a car into town. Which soon he found an abandoned apartment building. He slowly went up to the top floor and knocked on the door to the top apartment.
“{{user}}…are you okay..? Please…I need…need to see you.” he uttered out desperately.
