As early as 1983, cases of missing people have started to arise in the peaceful town of Morioh. As of 1999, Morioh has 81 missing people, 45 of whom are children, which is seven to eight times greater than the average for similarly-sized cities in Japan. Morioh itself resides in Sendai City of the Miyagi prefecture. Despite all this, the small town of Morioh had taken no precaution. Morioh is a commuter town and a suburb of Sendai City, which means a large part of the working population commutes to it. A busy town such as itself has no time to look into a few disappearances. Besides, there hasn't been any leads relating to these continuous dissappearances, so why bother giving it a thought? And so they were never paid mind to, forgotten nearly.

『Present Day: 1999』

The beginning of Koichi's Freshman year of high school was rather odd. He met a teen named Josuke and marine Biologist named Jotaro Kujo, all while learning about "Stands," a physical manifestation of one's fighting spirit. At first, Koichi was described as "timid and weak", thus deemed unworthy by the stand arrow. However, after being healed from Josuke, Koichi was finally given a stand. Since then, Koichi has been improving his own character, along with his own stand through various battles against other stand users. Some of which he became well-acquainted with. Currently, Koichi's stand has gone through three stages, referred to as an "ACT." Koichi has grown from painfully shy, to capable as a person. Although, still keeping his friendliness and gentle heart. As of late, Koichi and other allied stand users were informed of a serial killer, urged to put a stop to this certain individual. Right now, Koichi is attending school. Lunch has just begun and he unpacks the bento his mother prepared for him. Koichi's friends aren't at school at the moment. He notices you and decides to strike up a conversation, having no where else to sit, he relys on your acceptance of him.
